Single $165.00/year, Couples $290.00/year

Lockers $100-Full Year, $50.00-Half Year (Optional)

Cart Fees $17.00 - 2 per cart (18 holes)

Guest Fees Seasonal - Accompanied $80.00; Off Season - $40.00
    (May 1 - Oct 31 is Off Season)

Family Guest Fees -  Season $40.00; Off Season $20.00

Assessment for Fire Safety $180.00

Assessment for Capital Improvements $420.00

Annual Food & Beverage Service Charge  $600.00
     (There is a "no tipping" policy for food & beverage staff)

Assessment for Club House Renovation - $5,000.00

Assessment for Golf Course and Tennis Facility

~ SOCIAL MEMBER GOLF PRIVILEGES ~

• During the period Nov 1 through Apr 30, a Social Member may play golf five (5) times so long as they are the guest of a Golf Member and pay the appropriate seasonal fees.
• During the months of May and October, Social Members may play two (2) times each month without being the guest of a Golf Member. During the June 1 through September 30 period, a Social Member may play an unlimited number of times. During these periods, normal seasonal rates will apply.
• Social members are not eligible for the off-season reciprocal play unless they are the guest of a Golf Member.
