Neil & Joanie McKaig and their two cats, Thomas & Dundee reside in
...known to locals as PARADISE
They live in a happy yellow cottage with green shutters and green window boxes filled with yellow flowers, near the sea.
Joanie is a fourth grade teacher at Avalon Elementary School & Neil (as you have probably guessed) is a Medical Speech Pathologist with interests in dysphagia and research. Neil is currently completing his Doctorate at the University of Stuttgart and anticipated conformation of Dr.Phil. in June 2002
Thomas is a great orange cat who could care less about green shutters and green window boxes so long as meals are regular and frequent. Dundee on the other hand, a marmalade point Himalayan, thinks that providing an additional habitat for lizards is an excellent idea. He likes to think of it as his "protected wild life preserve".
The Boy's Tom & Dundee
Dundee is the white ball of fluff Tom is the big orange tiger
The bear is called Farfie (short for Farfenugen).
Outside of the "monkey room" it is Spring so the annual planting of the herb and tomato garden has taken place. There is also yellow peppers for me and catnip for the boys.
At the the suggestion of sister Ann, and with great deal of difficulty I installed some paving stones and moved the antique iron table...but now it has to be painted. Even in Paradise the work never ends.
