1. Click "Edit" then "Preferences" from the menu bar.
2. Click on the "+" located to left of "Mail & Groups"
3. Click on "Mail Server".
4. Change the setting on the screen so they match the one below. Be sure to substituent "username" for the username that appears on you mail account information sheet. It must be typed in lower case.
5. Click on "Identity" located beneath "Mail & Groups" on the left side of the window.
6. Complete the form to match your account information. "Reply-to Address", "Organization", and "Signature File" are optional.
7. Click "OK"
8. To check for new mail select "Communicator" then "Messenger Mailbox" from the menu bar.
9. You will then be asked to enter your password. It must be typed in lower case.
