Highlight the domain.com icon by clicking on it one time. |

Now click on File, then Create Shortcut. You will receive an error message stating "Windows cannot create a shortcut here. Do you want the shortcut to be placed on the desktop instead?". Click on Yes. |

You will now have an icon on your desktop labeled "Shortcut to
rtkonline.com". To begin using the Internet, double-click on the Shortcut to
rtkonline.com icon. Make sure your username is entered in lowercase letters, then type your password in lower case letters. Now click on the Connect button. |

Now open your browser of choice, type rtkonline.com in the location/address field, and hit the enter key on your keyboard. Last but not least... Enjoy!!! |
