Remove a Record

After a decedent has been identified, the record should be removed from our database.

It is very helpful (but is not required) if you know the FLUIDDB Case ID for the case you would like to remove. The FLUIDDB Case ID is displayed on the last line of the Specific Case page for that case.

	District Number: Your Florida Medical Examiner District Number (1-24).

	Confirmation Code: This field is used to confirm that this data actually came from the Medical Examiner District indicated above.

	Your Case Number: YYYY-##### (YYYY is year and ##### is the case number.)

	FLUIDDB Case ID (if known)
