• MRS - Delegates for the title of International  Mrs of the Year^SM must be at least 21years of age, married and currently living with her husband by the national pageant date.
• MISS - Delegates for the title of International Miss of the Year^SMmust be 20 to 26 years of age by the national pageant, cannot be married, never been married, never given birth to a child, never had a marriage annulled.
• MISS TEEN - Delegates for the title of International Miss Teen of the Year_ must be at least 15 years of age to 19 (inclusive) years of age by the national pageant date, cannot be married, never been married, never given birth to a child, never had a marriage annulled.
• Ms - Delegates for the title of International Ms of the Year^SM must be 24 years of age and up by the national pageant. Delegates may be single, separated, divorced or widowed. Can not be Married.
• Ms Women - Delegates for the title of International Ms Women of the Year^SM must be 25 years of age and up by the national pageant. Delegates may be single, married, divorced, separated or widowed.
• Delegate agrees to look solely to the International of the Year^SMNational Executive Director, with respect to all matters relating to this application, the preparation, rehearsals, performance and selection process and all matters to this pageant.
• Delegate permits her likeness, photograph and name to be used by Premiere Productions and International of the Year^SM Pageant in any and all publications associated with state and/or national pageants.
• Should delegate decide to withdraw from the pageant at any time; under no circumstances will she be entitled a refund, either full or in part, that delegate, a sponsor or advertiser will have paid.
• Delegate must be of good moral character and must not have committed any act inconsistent with the highest standards of public morals and conventions, which would reflect unfavorably on the pageant, it’s representatives, sponsors, directors and/or licensees.
• If selected as a delegate, the applicant agrees to send $ 500.00 ( US FUNDS )title fee within 30 days. She further understands that if the deposit is not received by the International Office within the time allotted, her title can be released to the next delegate. She also understands that this title fee is considered part of the entry fee.
• Delegate must have been born in the Country she represents.
• Delegate must furnish her own transportation to and from the pageant.

• No Performing Talent required
• Previous Pageant experience not required.
• Only one delegate from each country will compete in the National Pageant.
• If selected as the country delegate from your country , you will be sent the Official Designer crown and banner.
• If selected as the country delegate from your country, you may wear your country crown and banner to approach potential sponsors and to make public appearances as you prepare for the International Pageant.
• All sponsors will be named in the International Pageant Souvenir program book.
• If selected as your country's delegate, applicant agrees to participate in the 2002 International production of International  Mrs, Miss, Miss Teen and Ms of the Year_ Pageant. Failure to participate in the International Pageant, will negate title.
• Applicant may apply as a delegate from another country if:

1. Applicant works in another country.
2. Applicant currently attends school in another country,
3. Owns property in another country.
