QUESTIONS

1, How will I receive the Custom Reports?

2. In what way will my CD be customized?

3. Will instructions be included as to how I use the reports?

4. Where will I find the Reports in WyldFyre?

5. Does the Listing Broker's name have to be on the Report?

6. I would like to download the Reports on more than one computer. Is this possible?

ANSWERS

1. The reports will be on a CD. When you insert the CD in your computer, the CD will automatically open your "Custom Report" Folder in WyldFyre and copy the Custom Reports into place.

2. It's suggested that you include your photo, your name, phone numbers, E-mail address, web site addresses and company logo. Jean will teach you how to do this.

3. Full instructions will come with the CD. In addition, the instructions will include how to find Tax Records in WyldFyre and how to download photos on SunshineMLS.

4. After you select your properties, go to "Reports", select "Other Reports" and select the Report you want. The template of your Custom Report will always be there for your use.

5. The MLS rules state that the Listing Broker's name must appear on all reports. The Custom Reports on the CD comply with that rule. The MLS Disclosure is also required.

6. The reports must be downloaded on each computer that you use.
